Step 4- Viewing Homes
Sounds silly but the reason this is in here is to make a point, there are three other steps you should complete before you really start looking at homes. I can’t tell you how many times a buyer has lost a home because they fall in love with a home but by the time they have the pre-approval or find an agent the home has sold to someone else.
The other thing to consider is that now you will be looking at homes that will actually work for you rather than just another group of homes that don’t fit for whatever reason.
